Returns & Exchanges
For our customers based in the UK, returns are simple and free with Collect+
How does it work? Click the link below and follow the steps to receive your free return label via email. You'll just need to print it, attach it to the package, and then take it along to one of the hundreds of Collect+ drop-off locations in the UK.
What if I don't have access to a printer? No problem! Along with a label, the email you'll receive after submitting your request contains a barcode, which can be scanned in the store and your label will be printed for you.
How long do I have? We accept returns up to 90 days from the date you placed the order. The items must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition they were when you received them. Once you've received the label, it's valid for 30 days.
Is there anything I can't return? For obvious reasons, we don't accept returns of monogrammed items. We're also unable to accept returns of any liquids or sealed items.

What if I'm based outside the UK? Customers based outside the UK still have 90 days to return their items but we aren't yet able to offer free postage. You can still use the link above to let us know whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and to provide any feedback) but you won't receive a label after submitting the request.

Refunds and exchanges
How long until I receive my refund? Once your return reaches us, we'll do our best to check it over and process the refund as quickly a possible. During quieter periods, a refund can be processed the same day that the package reaches us. During and following our sales and key trading periods, it can take up to four days for the team to process the refund.
How long until my exchange order is dispatched? Once your return reaches us, we'll do our best to check it over and dispatch the exchange as quickly as possible. During quieter periods, an exchange can be processed the same day that the package reaches us. During and following our sales and key trading periods, it can take up to four days for the team to pick, pack, and dispatch the exchange.
How can I check on the status of my return? The team processing refunds and arranging exchanges also responds to customer emails. With that in mind, we'd always respectfully ask that you only chase us if it's been five or more days since you dropped the return at the store (or otherwise posted it to us). After that point, feel free to get in touch on team@pigletinbed.com and we'll do out best to investigate as soon as possible.
